Held various financial analysis and corporate treasury positions during thirteen years at Allied Chemical, including Manager of Financial Analysis, Director of Banking and Area Assistant Treasurer for Latin America and the Far East. Functioned as Controller of United Research (now Gemini Consulting), a major management consulting firm specializing in change management, Director of Treasury for Cabot Corporation and CFO of a severely undercapitalized manufacturing company.
