Held Senior Executive positions in several Fortune 100 companies. Joined E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company in 1969 and held numerous management positions with increasing responsibilities until 1979. Joined Allied Chemical (now Honeywell Corporation) as Vice President and Treasurer, turning around and expanding a declining business. Acquired and integrated $15 billion of businesses in 75 transactions. Joined USAir Inc. as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1989 to facilitate stalled integration of the Piedmont Airlines acquisition and to build profitability. Consultant assignments have included positions as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer in numerous situations requiring new management, as well as consulting relationships with boards of directors, managements, lenders and investors.
