Graduate of University of Delaware (BA), Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Pennsylvania with over twenty-four years of financial and operational experience in industrial settings principally with high-technology and emerging growth manufacturing enterprises. Has six years of audit and financial advisory experience with Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 1986 joined Lanxide Corporation, an advanced materials development and commercialization company. Held various positions during his twelve years with the Company, ultimately as CFO of its commercial entities, which included joint ventures and strategic alliances with E.I. du Pont de Nemours, Alcan Aluminum and other global companies gaining significant experience in raising strategic capital, including IPO's, venture and private placement financing, corporate alliances and licensing. Served in financial leadership positions with W.L. Gore & Associates, a billion dollar global industrial enterprise, and in the Company's Telecom/Semicon division's emerging growth group from 1998 to 2001. Joined BPS Industries Inc., a component manufacturer primarily servicing the Telecommunications industry, as Vice President and CFO with overall responsibility for finance and administration, as well as certain operational activities.
