Graduate of Manhattan College (BS), credit and management trained at Citicorp with over thirty-two years of asset based lending, leasing, equipment finance, middle market risk, acquisition financing, leveraged buyout and hedge fund risk management, specializing in debt side remedial work, workouts, workdowns, workarounds, restructuring and bankruptcies. Started in asset based lending at CIT in 1975, joined Citicorp in 1977. Left in 1981 to join Bank Hapoalim and enjoyed stops at Security Pacific Business Credit and StanChart Business Credit. Served as a free lance independent financial and management consultant, including a long term engagement with a midsize New York bank before returning to Citicorp in 1992 to serve in various capacities including head of CitiCapital's Special Assets Division. Joined Laurus Capital Management in 2006, a NYC based hedge fund specializing in working capital financing to microcap companies. Experienced in numerous industries, including many types of manufacturing, assembling, distribution, service, mining, franchise food, oil, material handling, securitizations, aircraft, telecommunications and real estate.
